Lessons

School year lessons begin the week after Nebo School District starts school. Summer lessons begin the first full week of July. I am not available to call or text on Sundays. Do contact me for cancellations on other days. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I will assume you aren't coming.

When are there no lessons?

(Subject to change)

• First week of school

• Labor Day

• October 18th-19th

• Thanksgiving Day

• Black Friday

• Christmas Break: Dec 23rd-Jan 4th

• Spring Break: March 31st-Apr 5th

• Last week of school through June

• July 4th and 24th

If you want to reschedule any of these weeks, I'm happy to oblige.

Monthly Fees

*Q: When is payment due? 

The 1st of every month

*Q: If there are 5 weeks in the month instead of 4, should I pay for that lesson?

Yes, the monthly pay is for 4 weeks which means the 5th week will need to be added to the total

*Q: Is there a discount if more than one child  in a family takes lessons from me?

Yes, there is a 5% discount 

Q: How can I pay?

Venmo is preferable

Q: Do I get a refund if I stop taking lessons before the month is out?

There are no refunds

Cancellations 

*If you let me know before payment is sent out for the month about canceling your lesson, payment will be cancelled for that lesson.

*If you cancel the day of your lesson and ask for a reschedule I will carry payment over to the rescheduled time slot. 

*If we tried to reschedule and couldn't work it out, payment will be carried over to the next month.

*If you cancel the day of your lesson with no plans to reschedule, there is no refund.

-I understand there are family emergencies. I will be flexible with those. Please do not take advantage and do talk to me about any accommodations needed.

Practice: 

*Beginners practice 20 minutes a day

*Advanced practice 1 hour every day

-Lessons are 30 minutes, on the same day each week

-Bring your instrument and books to every lesson
